Is the Loste Nail Matcher free?
Yes. It is free, there is no account to create and no email address to give, and you do not have to buy anything. Upload a photo of your outfit and the matches come back straight away.
Do you store my photo?
No. Your photo is sent to a third-party vision model so it can read the colours and the occasion, held in memory only for as long as that takes, and then gone. We never store it. It is never used to train anything. Requests are routed with a no-data-retention provider policy, so the model provider may not log or retain the image. We do not run face recognition and we keep no record of who is in a photo.
What does the matcher actually do?
It reads the colours, the fabric and the formality of the outfit in your photo, picks the Loste press-on sets that go with it, and tells you the styling reason for each one. You can pick the occasion — Halloween, Bride, Wedding guest, Prom, Graduation, Work, Everyday, Night out, Holiday, Festive — or leave it blank and we read the occasion from the photo.
How many nail sets does it choose from?
It matches against the full Loste range: 44 press-on sets. The range is organised into four collections: French Series, Nail Art, Solids & Classics, and Short & Long.
What comes in a Loste kit?
Every kit contains 30 nails across 15 sizes, so there is a fit for any nail bed. The sizes are included in the kit — you do not choose one at checkout.
How long do Loste press-on nails last?
It depends on the adhesive. Ultra Strong Press-On Nail Glue gives up to 14 days' wear. Press-On Nail Adhesive Tabs give a few hours to 3 to 5 days' wear, which makes them the choice when you want the set off again quickly. The nails are reusable.
Can I return a set?
Returns: 14 days from receipt, unopened and unused with seals intact only, for a refund rather than an exchange. Opened or used sets cannot be returned, so this is not a try-them-and-send-them-back arrangement. Each nail has its size number printed on the underside, and the how-to guide shows how to pick the right size for each finger.
